At Audiomaxx we try to allow you, the customer, ample time to make a decision as to whether you are satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase or have a change of heart, let us help you with a replacement or return. However, time limits are necessary in order to prevent overuse of items.

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and that they can be subject to a restocking fee.

REFUND METHOD & TIMING

We will reimburse you for the returned product using the same method you paid for them. If you prefer, you can get a store credit which will never expire. The restocking fee may be waived at our discretion if you choose a store credit or exchange.

For returns of items over $800. In extreme circumstances, we may ask that your reimbursement is accepted by a post-dated check, posted-dated no longer than 7 days.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Products marked Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include custom orders, installation services, and items returned that are damaged or missing parts or not in a like-new condition.

CUSTOM ITEMS

Custom and personalized orders made especially for you are nonreturnable. Custom Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., fit, finish, color, or size).
