Most of the items in our e-commerce store are In-store Pick-up ONLY. Which means you must pick them up.

How it works:

  • Place your order and pick a pick-up date at check out page. If an item is not available to pick-up for the date you choose we will contact you.
  • Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store to pick-up your items.
  • We’ll hold your items for 7 days*. If you cannot pick items up by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
  • We’ll hold your Back Ordered items for 14 days*. If you cannot pick items up by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund your method payment. However, the item can be subject to a 15% to 30% Return Fee depending on the item. If you have any questions please call or chat before placing an order.
  • If you cannot pick-up your order within the days specified. Call the store at 1-718 933 5636 to prevent your order from being canceled and extend your In-store pick-up time frame.

*We ask that large items like 4×4 accessories are picked-up as soon as they are ready since we have limited space.

Please Don’t Forget:

  1. Your government-issued photo ID
  2. The credit or debit card used for the purchase.
  3. Your order number

  4. Having someone else pick up:

    You can pick-up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. You’ll need to provide the pickup person’s full name and phone number in the comment section at check out. Your pickup person will need to show their ID and have the order number.

    Only you — or the person you’ve communicated to us in the comment section your order — can pick-up your items.

    If you decide after check out that someone else will be picking up your order. Unfortunately, we will need to ask you cancel and resubmit your order and enter their information. This is to protect your purchase, there is no other way to verify the veracity over the phone, mostly because your credit card information is encrypted and processed by PayPal. The pick-up date will not change form the original date was chosen unless otherwise communicated.

    Back Orders

    These items are not readily available for pick-up but will be ordered once your payment is authorized and available for pick-up depending on the brand. In most cases about a week, we will email you the estimated date. If you do not agree with pick-up date, reply or tell us in the chat and we will not proceed with the charge. If you prefer to be called to discuss this, please state so in the comment section. You can choose to pick up any items that were not Back Order and are ready for or wait till your entire purchase is ready.

    Brands that are available for delivery:

    At the moment only PRV Audio is available for delivery. We are working on getting permission to ship more items from other brands for your convenience.
